Terms of Service ASC Dynamics LLC – Private Webhook Access

1. Nature of Service ASC Dynamics LLC provides real-time automated trading alerts generated from private TradingView strategies delivered via a single secure webhook that Aaron Peterman personally connects to your SignalStack account. The service is a raw data feed only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
2. Limited Availability & Seat Priority
Access is strictly limited to a maximum of ten (10) active subscribers at any time. Once capacity is reached, new subscriptions and trials will be paused until a seat becomes available. Current seat availability is not published publicly; interested parties may inquire by email to ascdynamicsllc@gmail.com.
Seat Priority & Position-Size Optimization Provider reserves the right to maximize revenue within the 10-seat limit. If all seats are occupied and a new qualified applicant is willing to subscribe at a higher position-size tier than one or more existing subscribers, Provider will contact the lower-position-size subscriber(s) by email and offer them seven (7) calendar days to increase their elected position size to match or exceed the new applicant’s tier. If the existing subscriber does not confirm the increase within the 7-day window, Provider may, at his sole discretion, terminate the existing subscription (with access and billing ending at the conclusion of the then-current paid week) and award the seat to the higher-position-size applicant. No refund beyond the standard cancellation policy will be issued in this scenario.

Aaron Peterman and ASC Dynamics LLC are not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or in any regulated financial capacity.

4. Subscription & Billing
Weekly auto-renewing subscription priced at exactly 5% of your currently elected position size (buying power).
Available tiers:
$50K Buying Power = $2,500 WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
$100K Buyer Power = $5,000 WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
$150K Buying Power = $7,500 WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
$$200K Buying Power = $10,000 WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
$$250K Buying Power = $12,500 WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
You may change your elected position size at any time by emailing ascdynamicsllc@gmail.com (new rate takes effect next billing cycle).
One-time $2,000 connection fee after the 5-day free trial.
5. 5-Day Free Trial Card required; no charges during the five (5) full U.S. trading days. Trial access is also subject to the 10-seat limit.
6. Refund Policy
100% Money-Back Guarantee (First 14 Days Only) Full refund of everything paid ASC Dynamics LLC requested within 14 days after the $2,000 fee and you provide complete broker CSV/statement proving 100% automated execution via SignalStack with zero manual intervention and full 4:1 Reg-T margin used.
7. Cancellation Email “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” to ascdynamicsllc@gmail.com. Access and billing stop at the end of the current paid week.
8. Automation Requirement The strategy must run 100% hands-free through SignalStack. Any manual overrides void performance claims and the money-back guarantee.
9. Intellectual Property All strategies, logic, code, and data remain the exclusive property of Aaron Peterman / ASC Dynamics LLC. Sharing or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability & Termination Provider’s total liability is capped at fees paid in the last 30 days. Access may be terminated instantly and without refund for any reason.
11. Governing Law State of Colorado, USA. Venue: El Paso County.
12. Acceptance By starting the trial, submitting payment information, or emailing your SignalStack webhook URL, you agree to these Terms of Service in full, including the seat-priority clause above.
